For those who don’t have Mighty Griffin DLC, but have the cab accessories dlc I got you covered with a curtain White Rose 🙂 .
You can see the interior colors from outside not as detailed as inside but still :).

How to use A&M Trailers ????
1. download file original NTM by kast.
2. download my file from this webs mods.
3. extract file download. and put into mods folder ets2.
4. run into the game.
5 goto Mod Manager
6. place the A&M Commercials trailers file above the NTM-semitrailers file ( look the picture )
7. run the game.
