Update of mod.

PROHIBITED TO RESUB THE MOD TO ANY SERVER WITHOUT PERMISSIONS.

Changes in Version 1.9:

– Greater definition of all light effects of traffic IA.
– Increased the light intensity of the LED traffic lights.
– More texture quality of the LED (HD) semaphores.
– Diminished external brightness of street lamps.
– Greater intensity and definition of headlights and brakes of cars and trucks.
– Greater angle of light on the road, headlights of vehicles and trucks.
– Increased the flashing light beam of vehicles and trucks.
– Increased saturation of red and blue colors of vehicles guia and police.
