Piva Weather mod for ETS2 v 4.4

2017-08-11 Mod updated to 4.4 version.
Changed colors and brightness, that can be possible in 1.28 version.
Removed obsolete climate.sii files.
Removed unused files.
Fixed night skybox textures.
Fixed skybox model file to new version.
Compatible with ProMods and EAA maps.

Common Flare Mod v 2.0

Mod updated, for last (1.28) flare updates.
Also added orange side lights, beacon lights, orange blinking (roadworks) lights, white and red vehicke lights.
I don't say that this mod better than SCS was tweak in last update.
