Great truck guys, what dealer is she parked in?
Great Truck as well, I love it, but when I try to drive it either on the TSM 4.5 or the ProMods 1.5.2 maps I get about 2 minutes into the drive (usually after I get the load and heading out of the city) I get a crash 2 desktop. i have tried having this as the only mod ,with the exceptions of the said maps, all with the same result. Any help with what I might be doing wrong would be helpful

Bear, what dealer is it in and can you only buy online? I ask cause I just started a new profile.
when you start a new driver, if you have the mod active the truck will show, also the truck Replace DAF. It can be found at the large dealers.

I disable that #### fly lol, I think all the #### ppl put in the cab takes away from how well a truck is done so when I can i take the extra junk out, and yes this helped ty.
I hope you have better luck than I do getting this dang truck to keep from Crashing to Desktop I started a new driver and just plain vanilla game still the same guess it don’t like my machine
What file do you remove to get rid of the fly?
Open up def\vehicle\truck\peterbilt.389\interior\animations.sui (With Notepad, WOrdpad etc)
Scroll down about half the page to find this line:
gadget_anim: “/vehicle/truck/peter_389/interior/fly.pma
And put “//” before “gadget”. THis will stop that line of code from being used.
So it should now look like this:
//gadget_anim: “/vehicle/truck/peter_389/interior/fly.pma”
Save the file and let it update the archive (if asked) and you’re done.
Bear6259, Did you begin a new driver and chosen it truck preferred.? If so that, will change desk-top truck. I can not decide This problem.
BI by the way, why authors are not indicated. Stas556 and my.?
I dunno. Why do you and Stas556 never credit all the people who’s models/parts you use for your truck “mods”?
I have done all that new driver, vanilla game, everything. I have my suppositions that it might be when i bring up cheat engine to boost my stats that is when it kicks me in the, well you know.
I will try that next,

What about fixing the wheel ratio anim with those trucks for those with the G27 that want a perfect 1:1 ratio?
Make an effort to influence animation under itself. wheel_anim_max: 1.0 in def\vehicle\truck\peterbilt.389\interior\animations.sui

Well tried 0.50 and 2.0 and the wheel is worst.. 1.0 does NOT follow the G27 correctly,i dont have this issues with the Kenworth W900 ARC / Freightliner Classic XL
I will look what a problem can be in. But for me it is not G27

Is this version a joke or what?! Do you really think that you have done something special?! Who cares about the smoke?! And where the spoiler is really hanging?! On the roof?! Do you drive a truck, looking at these things?! These guys, dmitry68 and Stas556, are done to much to make this game more interesting. Remember them as they are not mentioned as the authors. The truck is great and without your updates , the sound v2.1 is perfect, thanks to master of sounds Kriechbaum. And stable, which is very important. I can only thank them for giving me a #### game with my favorite trucks. Once again, thank you masters dmitry68, Stas556, Kriechbaum etc.
for your info all the makers are correct dmitry68 and stas556 just converted the truck and animated the interior….. and are releasing it as there own.
and kriechbaum should be in the credits

Yes, the best way is to use my C15 sound by default.
and for the Detroit Diesel i’ve just seen, but it sounds very close to my Cummins V3.

So, for me the best choice for this W900L : Cat C15 in standart.
Cummins V3 as an alternative sound.
When the truck will be ready, just before to publish it, send it to me, i will set as best possible the sound with the truck, i mean the tachometer’s rpm with the sound.

Nice car.The left side mirror and lighting are not good.Sometimes small wind slapping the front wheels.
But I firmly hold the steering wheel.Connecting with the steering ball joint need fix in the repair shop.

can you make the peterbilt 386 the same way as the peterbilt 389
A really nice truck, good work. The Apple and the fly in the cabin is a special fun. But there is a small bug: the exhaust smoking even when engine is stopped.
