Project Japan is a new map mod taking place in a 1:19 recreation of Japan. It has been in development since June 2017 and is now finally ready for the release stages. This current version includes the 3 north-central Japanese cities of Toyama, Kanazawa and Takayama with the towns and hamlets inbetween. The environments sorrounding the cities are highly detailed and hope to bring you close to the Japanese spirit and variant of truck driving!
Instructions are found in a READ ME file. Make sure you read.
This mod is stand-alone, you need a new profile.

It would be great to have a video tutorial on how to install it. I’ve been trying all afternoon and always crashing
at start of new profile, don’t just create the profile.. also add this mapmod before anything else (press modmanager icon), then you are able to choose this japan.mdb afterwards

Can confirm that the map is working. Create a new profile and use this load order (it works for me under guarantee):
Project Japan
wangang def
wangan model
wangan sound
change Database to japan.mdb and use no ther mods to make sure it works. And it should work.
Load order:
– 1. Wangan_def
– 2. Wangan_model
– 3. ProjectJapan
– 4 .Wangan_sound

as i wrote, i select japan.mbd, my ets2 is on last update but was not loading, so this map is game over for me, not important, we have a lot of maps here :))
