After playing the Youtube, I think the mod makes the rain louder outside and gradually louder as you look out the window. The kind of rain that is almost tropical in sound. The loud rain hitting the cab is louder also. A neat little mod for extra environmental noises. Thanks modder/uploader. Verb.
