actual speed of each country

I got this mod from MADMAN (the real author of this mod) but in Germany it was wrong, instead of no speed limit it was 160 km/h and I changed it, Tito Minas (who changed the limit in Germany). THE ORIGINAL AUTHOR OF THIS MOD WITHOUT MODIFICATION IS (MADMAN)

Hello, I would like to know how fast not only the trucks drive through the mod because if I want to overtake a truck I have to drive at least 110 km/h – but only 80 km/h is allowed, this is about the entire traffic that is simply driving too fast, which data did you use for the mod – please give me some feedback – thanks
