      I did a test, I turned the DDS into PNG then
      with Modstudio2 for the skin I added the file.PNG
      after I added an accessory (side skirt-4×2) always with file.PNG
      and everything worked perfectly.
      Maybe F86597 had a problem with Modstudio2.
