RS sign can be added to the fornt grill through the upgrade shop.
You can find it at any truck dealer!

Updating my previous comment, is there a chance for having a nice Renault Clio 2016 mod ? I’ve driven one in RL and it’s awesome, it’s the fifth best car in my opinion.
