📙 Introduction
TruckNav is a FREE and open-source, low-latency second-screen GPS companion for Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator. I built this to allow for full immersion by turning off the in-game HUD and using a real-world style navigation unit on a phone, tablet, or secondary monitor.

🆕 What’s New (v0.4.2)
– New UI Features
– Custom Text Colors: Added a new setting to toggle between Light/Dark text on colored components. This ensures readability regardless of your background map style.
– Reset to Defaults: Added a “Reset to Defaults” button in the settings panel to quickly revert all navigation and UI changes on the certain profile.
– Compact Maneuver Cards: Refactored the maneuver card components to be more compact, saving valuable screen space on smaller mobile devices.

– Map & Navigation Improvements
– City Logic: Improved city name detection and destination logic.
– Quality of Life: Improved the ETA and the distance of the trip to be more accurate.
– Installation Clarity: Updated the documentation with clearer steps for installing the required telemetry plugin in case is missing.

– Official Discord: We now have a dedicated Discord server for bug reports and community chat.
– SCS Forums: Follow the project on the official SCS Software forums.
– Improved Reporting: The Readme.md file has been replaced so it follows the current TruckNav version with clearer steps and compatibilties.

📥 Installation
1. Launch the TruckNav Sim Desktop app to see your IP address and for the telemetry to 2. launch.
3. Open the app on your phone and enter that IP.
4. Drive!
