Si no puede descomprimir,revisen que sea compatible con el sistema operativo, es decir si es win7 o es win 8 o win xp, etc. Le dan a la opcion de buscar compatibilidad y luego les descomprime, a mi me sucedio igual y logre descubrir ese detalle. espero les funcione tambien.
