Hello. I’m hoping there will be a breakthrough soon so that this truck can finally be skinned. Other then that, it’s still a good truck. Thanks for the extra options.
I agree, man. i agree. I want to skin this truck, but when I extracted the thing and brought it into Blender, there are no solid parts for her. She’s just a bunch of faces randomly placed in the mapping – impossible to paint.
In order to make this truck able to be skinned, the body would have to be COMPLETELY rebuilt from scratch. From what i understand, AU44 did this on purpose because he did not want others to skin the truck. I am not sure why, but that was a reply I got on the forums a while back when he first released the VNL 780.
I appreciated the work he put into the truck, but I was kind of upset and confused as to why he stands so strongly against customization of the paint.
Can you please add a option that I can remove that gps? because that ruins the truck for me most times

Truck is really cool.
Parts are great…
But the GPS is broken..
Great, now i can finaly see the parts from the interior 🙂
But an another problem has accured. I personaly prefer the built-in gps in the truck, but now its just a yellow screen. Is it possible to fix that for the next update? It kinda ruins the update in my opinion, so guess i will stick to the old version for now :p

I have this issue in game.log.txt in v1.13.3s:
1) [resource_task] Default temporary buffer is insufficient while reading ‘/vehicle/truck/volvo_vnl_780/vnl780.pmg’ with size 38198998
2) In light bar, when I choose a accessorie in top or lateral slot, make these items show “into” the metal of the truck/cabin
3) Important. I apreciate if you can make the real interior AnD skins to this truck. The original autor did not. :-/

For the love of god get rid of the ###### laptop and put the default GPS back we dont need another info screen..theres one enough right in the middle of dashboard………if you called that a fix for the GPS.. no thats getting RID of it -_-

The cab side ‘horn locations’ could move a little bit farther out (in first option ‘nur Lampen oder Hupen’). They are now inside of the cab partly.
As well as the rear roof locations.
And also ‘ditch sticks’ are dark even though the lights are on in cab wiev.

hey is there a certain level where i can use this truck, i am level 28 and cant fine the truck in the volvo dealer…

Great mod, love the customisability of it and the standalone interior! One thing however, the screen on the dashboard should be a GPS.

Is it possible to fix the collision model to be lower as I can’t use many trailers as the collision model is too high.
