Actually you can, i should correct myself, it’s not really \suspension\ it is \chassis damping\ that can be manipulated. I’m messing with something like this right now. https://ets2.lt/en/realistic-suspension-engine-gearbox-mod-v2-0/
A combination of things to try and \trick\ the game into reacting as if it where under new physics. But having trouble finding a middle ground between the good & the bad, continuously tuning is giving me a headache. I don’t know how you guys do it. Anyway, keep at it.

It’s an ok first attempt, way way too much “cab roll” for my taste, disproportionate to the actual “suspension” of the truck, which is non existent. Compensating for the lack of physics, with more cab roll, is counter productive. But, nice try.
sorry man to tell you,but suspension can’t be fixed,and i say that because how ever i try it suspension is the same,but if you put your brakr sensitive lower in your game you will see its much better
