Q = fixed letter
A = random letter, except M, O, T, Q, Z
B = random letter
2 = random number

Overhaul license plates:
– Fix car/truck/bus combinations
– Removed combinations allowed only for Motorcycles, Oldtimers, Taxis and car dealers

Notes:
– Increase priority in ‘Mod Manager’ to avoid problem with other mods (f.e. ProMods)
– At least game version 1.19 is required for this mod to work.
