UKTS Map Realistic Economy Version for 1.8.2.5 game version

Basically the UKTS standalone map, but given more realistic economy to make it feel like UKTS a bit more. Removes all the cheat files such as starting with £999,999,999 and not having to unlock anything.
Instead you start with £480, lower xp scale, lower earnings (about 1/10th of original), you have to do 28 jobs to be offered a loan, play for a full hour to be offered a truck by a dealer, etc.
