Sure,because in v.1.19 source physics was change, unlike v1.17 and 1.18 can support together. If you play v.1.18 you can test with previous version of me,here a link: https://ets2.lt/en/real-physics-mod-by-thalken-v-1-0/
Its a very good mod, just one thing lets it down when you brake the front of the truck dips as it should only when you release the brake theres an annoying delay before it rebounds back up.it should rebound a as you release the brake
